Abstract

This introduction presents the research project conducted by the French department of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest on harmonising teaching/learning of French for economics with the principles of the European Common Frame of Reference for Languages. It reviews the objectives of the research, the importance of the project for fundamental research and the results expected in applied research.
