Open access policy

Diamond Open Access

DIALOGOS is published under the Diamond Open Access model: no charges are made to authors, either for submission or for the publication of accepted articles. All articles are freely accessible from the moment of publication.

The journal has been in open access since it was founded in 2000. Any reader may, without prior registration, read, download, copy, distribute, print, index and search the full text of the articles, link to them, or use them for any other lawful purpose, on the sole condition that the source be acknowledged.

Each author may additionally receive, free of charge and on request, a printed copy of the issue in which their article has appeared.

Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 licence

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. Authors retain copyright and grant DIALOGOS the right of first publication.

Copyright and reuse

Any reuse or republication is permitted under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 licence and must acknowledge first publication in DIALOGOS.

Self-archiving policy

Authors may deposit the published version (publisher PDF) of their article in an institutional or subject repository, without embargo, from the moment of publication, stating its first publication in DIALOGOS.

Preservation and legal deposit

The electronic archives of DIALOGOS have been preserved since 2000 on the institutional infrastructure of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, at the Faculty of International Business and Economics, and remain accessible online.

The print edition is covered by legal deposit at the National Library of Romania and is held in fourteen other deposit libraries, in Romania, the Republic of Moldova and the United States. See the full list →

The publisher also keeps a set of printed copies of each issue as a back-up.
