La formation en terminologie : les émissions Forum et Richterin Barbara Salesch et Wie würden Sie entscheiden ? comme outils dans l'enseignement des langues-cultures du droit italien et allemand à de futurs juristes linguistes

Can programmes like Forum and Richterin Barbara Salesch as well as Wie würden Sie entscheiden?, — which we could label as simplified, contrived popularisations which nonetheless raise legal issues — be used as supports in the teaching of legal terminology, especially in the teaching of legal terminology to legal linguists of the future? How can this resource best be exploited? In our contribution we will answer these two questions based on comparison of Italian and German formats, which reflection itself draws from our experience teaching Legal Italian and Legal German to the students attending the bi-disciplinary law and languages degree & the Masters in trilingual legal studies courses run jointly by the Faculties of law and of foreign languages at the University of Nantes' campus at La Roche-Sur-Yon (France). After presenting our reasons for choosing these programmes, we will attempt to show what their didactic potentialities are in the appropriation of oral and written legal codes of communication, all within a linguistic, socio-legal and extralinguistic perspective. Finally we will present some types of activities which may be adapted to a potential public of undergraduates in their final year of study, and also level B2/C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference For Languages. We will concentrate particularly on the contribution of these programmes at a terminological level.
