Résumé (en anglais)

This article attempts to show how Marie NDiaye's novels deconstruct the image of the father and challenge the norms of classical aesthetics. With the independence of the former colonies, literature also underwent changes. Writers no longer felt the need to rely on pre-existing writing norms, but they seized this opportunity to practice freer and more original writing. This new writing is characterized by the composite, heterogeneous, hybridity, etc. structuring of texts, most often materialized by intertextuality. Through postmodern theory and in a main corpus of three novels (La Femme changée en bûche (1989), En famille (1990) and Trois femmes puissantes (2009), we will try to show how Marie NDiaye's writing deconstructs the image of the father on the one hand, and on the other, we will show how it transgresses the norms of classical aesthetics.
