Abstract

The aim of this paper is to report on how teachers and learners perceive the use of comics, with a view to contributing to an understanding of their didactic value. It is also a question of demonstrating the literary value of comics through their didacticization. The results of a semi-structured interview with teachers and learners highlight positive representations of comics. However, the textbooks developed following the 2013 reform do not take comics sufficiently into account. The teachers' statements led to a proposal for the teaching of comics in the form of literary productions, in particular by offering learners narration and theater activities.
